October.. Better late than never??

Kayleigh had a great time trick or treating. She got the hang of it and said "trick or treat" at every door. She was so excited as soon as she said "thank you" to whoever she would immediately grab my had and say "lets go to da nex one"

So after borrowing a cute little elephant costume (thanks Julie) Kayleigh refused to put it on. So here we are a few days before Halloween and no idea what we are going to do. I had found some kitty ears and bought them just for fun at the beginning of October. So I asked her if she wanted to be a cat for Halloween. After that there was no going back. Laurelyn had a fluffy duck costume and a ladybug costume left over from Kayleigh but if Kayleigh was going to be a Cat then she HAD to be a mouse. When else would I be able to pull it off? So Nana and I set to work creating costumes in less than 24 hours with the stores sold out of Cat and Mouse costumes. And this is what we ended up with:
